Returns & Exchanges Back to Top

If, for any reason you need to return or exchange an item, please return it to us within 45 days (15 days on clearance items) from the date of the receipt. Just follow the instructions on the back of your packing slip, place the return label on the outside of the box and take it to the post office. Shipping and handling is non-refundable. For exchanges, return shipping is free. Customers are responsible for the shipping charges of the new bag(s).
